Lawn care included in the rent. A 600 minimum credit score is definite requirement. A family member dog can be accepted with a $300 pet fee. Will NOT take a cat. Please don't bother to even ask. Two car garage. Fenced area behind house. Tenant responsible for all utilities. I do not take applications UNTIL you have seen the house and know that it is the "right" house to be your home. Protecting and saving your personal information . If you are not a typical family but two roommates sharing, that's acceptable but if three roommates, the rent is increased by $100. "share" the house with roommates, there will be an extra $100 added
