The home exhibits a Georgian style with the entry's pediment, pilasters and Palladian balustrade. This elegant home was host to many teas and meetings, not hard to imagine when you enter and see the graceful spaces. In 1967 the late William Overholt, an interior designer, added his own flair to the property which earned him a spot on the Seattle Art Museum's 19th & 29th Annual Exhibition of Residential Architecture. Featured in Architectural Digest in 1976.
