Bedroom located on top floor of a Capitol Hill Condo - intersection of 10th and East Capitol St. Current lease runs through April and we're hosting virtual and in-person showings. The window looks out on East Capitol St. The condo is the top floor of a converted corner row home. Hardwood floors and tall ceilings throughout the living area with lots of space, including an attic for storage that we all use. The photos of the room show two different arrangements based on how the last two roommates furnished the space (with or without a TV). This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. This room shares the bathroom with one other roommate (a woman who works for a non-profit research company). We have a monthly maid service + utilities averages about $100/month. The room per month rents at $1050 plus utilities and a $500 Deposit. No pets.
