The condo is the top floor of a converted corner row home. Hardwood floors and tall ceilings throughout the living area with lots of space, including an attic for storage that we all use. This room shares the bathroom with one other roommate (a girl). The bathroom was gutted and renovated in January with a walk-in shower, new sink and vanity, and recessed lighting. We are looking for a roommate (guy or girl) who likes to hang out on occasion and doesn'y retreat to their bedroom immediately after work. I like to hit up happy hour occasionally and hang with friends on the weekends. The other roommate is very much the same in terms of work/life habits.
