We are both pretty chill and easy to get along with. Both are 9-5ers. I work for a startup and the other roommate works for an investment firm. We are looking for a roommate (guy or girl) who likes to hang out on occasion and doesn'y retreat to their bedroom immediately after work. I like to hit up happy hour occasionally and hang with friends on the weekends. The other roommate is very much the same in terms of work/life habits. This is a safe neighborhood and a safe walk to the metro station.
