This is a great condo that is very clean and in like new condition. The awesome things are that the Heat is free in the winter, you have a pool for the summer and they just put in brand new washer and dryers in the laundromat downstairs. I am looking for a very clean renter that pays on time and am offering this at a great price to that type of person.
