When we came into this house we knew it needed a face lift to save it from demolition, so someone could build a mini mansion on this prime double lot within walking to clubhouse and pool, we started at the bottom and created a master suite and living room with sitting deck, at the main floor we realize the kitchen was beyond small so we raised the roof to expand it into a functional galley we added storage at every nook and a pocket door to create a second suite area, upstairs is our office but this space could be a great bedroom also.
