The heat is either gas or electric. The unit is equipped for both so you can pick which one you want to use. One off street parking spot in driveway, huge front porch. Newer windows and siding. Roof is newer as well. There are 2 garbage day pick-ups, Tuesday & Wednesday because the house is on a corner lot. No pets allowed. I require 1st months rent ($760) plus 1 1/2 months of security which is $1140, which means to move in I require $1900 total.
