An open layout makes the 726 sq. foot unit feel extremely spacious for one resident and still a perfect fit for two. The kitchen features brand new appliances, granite counter tops and ample storage space with a separate pantry. A full-size washer and dryer are included in the apartment at no additional fee. The living room and kitchen have wood floors throughout while the bedroom is a light neutral carpet and the bathroom features a neutral tile floor.
