Prepare delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Thoughtfully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, this kitchen allows you to feel at home while cooking up your favorite recipes. Additional guest charges apply for more than 2 guests, with a fee of $25 per guest, per night. Parking includes 1 space, with additional parking available for a fee of $25 per car, per night. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for $20 per hour for the first 2 hours and $40 per hour thereafter, subject to availability. The neighborhood is easily accessible by car, with designated parking available for guests. Avery County Transportation Services provide shuttle service to nearby towns and attractions. The building does not have a ski lift, but it is conveniently located next to the slopes. A complimentary shuttle operates on demand to nearby Sugar Ski. On-site parking is only available when the shuttle is not operating. During winter months, 4WD or AWD vehicles are mandatory for accessing Grousemoor Road leading up to Sugartop, enforced by the Sugar Mountain Police Department.
