It is available on October 25th, and the start and end dates are negotiable. If you are looking for a place that feels relaxing and private, this is it. My home sits on 3 beautiful acres that are private, and yet only 5 minutes to town! This house is a bike, walk or quick car ride to all the unique shops, restaurants, galleries, and theaters of Sandpoint, the health club, and Schweizer Mountain Ski Resort. It is very close to hiking, biking & x-cross country ski trails. House is fully equipped and furnished with one story open plan and ship ladder access to sleeping loft overlooking living-dining area. Gas and wood heat, laundry appliances, Starlink WIFI, claw foot tub, and main bath shower make this a perfect live-work retreat. This is our personal house with the rental period approximately from November 1 thru March 31. This is a 3 bedroom 1650 sf house with one bedroom and one walk-in closet not part of the rental. This one story open plan house also has a sleeping loft overlooking living-dining area. Master Suite with queen bed, walk-in closet, dresser, carpeted and master bath with large shower. South-west deck with water feature off bedroom. 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 6 ft closet and dresser. Common bath is tiled with claw foot tub. Laundry room with full size washer-dryer, large laundry sink and pantry shelves. Enclosed entry porch off south entry deck. Cozy county feel of wood floors , with cedar walls and wood ceilings thru out. House has central gas forced air heat and a glass door wood stove in living room. House is fully furnished with kitchen equipment, bedding and linens. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. There is on site parking for multiple cars at the entry to the house. There are other buildings on the property which are not part of the rental. The Owner has a property representative who lives in the neighborhood. The renter pays gas and electric with Starlink WIFI and water included in the rent. Snow removal of the driveway and access to the house will be the responsibility of the renter. There is a plow service set up that will be arranged by the Owner's representative, or can be arranged by the tenant. No pets or smoking allowed. Security deposit is required at signing and will be returned within 7 days after our review of the property after the end of the lease. Cleaning deposit of $350.00 required with 1st month rent, will be returned if renter leaves house same as they receive.
