Two closets in bedroom (one is a walk-in) and plenty of closet space. Kitchen has a nice breakfast bar and plenty of cabinet space. Central air.
Rent is $1155.00/month plus a common area utility charge (sewer, trash, etc) that runs on average $75/month. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, and cable/internet. Apartment is pet friendly with additional pet rent of $35/month.
The neighborhood is relatively quiet, as are the neighbors. I haven't had any issues with anyone since I've been here. It's right down the street from the community college and the High Line Canal trail is easily accessible right behind the apartment.
