Tenant will be responsible for electric heat and cooking as well as natural gas for water heating. The rent range for a 1-bedroom is from $891 for a 50% of AMI apartment and $1,300 for a market rate apartment. Torrington Riverfront is a Smoke Free Community. Pets are welcome with restrictions and a pet deposit is required. Application Fee is $25 with an additional $10 per additional household members listed on the application over the age of 18.
