Fieldstone Place is a family built and owned, single story, gated community. All units are equipped with modern kitchen appliances (range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher), a private security system, and washer dryer hook ups. Each unit has a locked storage room on the covered front porch and designated parking directly in front of the apartment. Fieldstone has a pool on site for tenant use that is open year round. We have two resident courtesy officers and maintain a quiet, friendly atmosphere. We are located in Sterlington and zoned for the Sterlington school district. Upon completion of the lease term, the agreement will automatically convert to a month-to-month arrangement, unless either the tenant provides a 30-day notice to vacate.
