for a fully furnished private bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath condo in Waukesha- near Carroll University. I am the property owner and live in the condo. You would have access to shared spaces including living room, dining room and kitchen. This is in a very secure building with a TON of amenities!! Designated onsite parking space, indoor pool and hot tub, weight and cardio exercise rooms are fully stocked with equipment, a game room, a library, and other common use rooms in the facility. Rental includes access to all of these, plus in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc with no additional charge for electric, water, heat or internet. Beautiful view from the bedroom window of trees and the pool-house, and room has walk-in closet. Room is furnished- but you could bring your own furniture if preferred. Homeowner has a cat that is very affectionate and makes friends quickly. This building has easy access to public transportation, is in a walk-able neighborhood, and has key fob entry, with a door buzzer to let in guests.
