Minimum 3 month term, beginning October 20 (somewhat flexible) with potential month-to-month thereafter. Owner pays for plowing, water, septic & internet. Weekly cleaning is included in the rent. Tenant pays for electric & propane heat. Sorry, no cats. 2 small dogs or 1 large dog allowed. Pet deposit of $500 per pet is refundable based on no pet damage. Please note: this is a furnished dwelling used for an AirB in the summer months - clean and respectful tenants a must. AWD/4WD vehicle is mandatory for the winter.
