It's a very well located apartment inside a great community. Close to the Medical Center in Puerto Rico, and other important medical institutions in the island. It's also fairly close to transportation including the train and busses. It used to be a 3 room apartment but it's now a two bedroom making it more of an open concept. Apartment has stove and oven, washer and dryer and A/C for each room and the living area. It also has two parking spots. We have great schools at close proximity and great dinning spots al around. Tenant is responsible for payment of electricity and water services. A full lease agreement outlining all terms and conditions will be signed prior to move-in. Only small dogs are allowed; no other pets will be accepted.
