Hypoallergenic pets are welcome! Initial payment = $3800 ($1400 first month + deposit of $1400 last month plus $1k returnable deposit for if any repairs come up). Money order or cashier's check only for first payment but ongoing rent can be paid by check). Utilities (water, gas, garbage, tv, wifi) are included.
