The house has had numerous upgrades including fresh paint, flooring, and some new appliances. Beautiful views of the working waterfront along with PNSY where you can watch the cranes and submarines docked. This property is right on the water and would recommend no small children. The property will have a small outdoor space for tenant to use, but the majority of the yard is used for our lobstering business. Our dock is located at this property which is private and separate from this rental property. Our dock is used by us and another fisherman as a as needed basis and you'll occasionally see them on dock or on their boats. Lease is for 1 year and 3 references required First months rent and security deposit due at signing Landlord and Tenant share use of yard on this property. There's a small area for tenant to use. The dock is privately used for landlords buisness and the tenant has no use of dock. Tenant is responsible for propane which is for heat and cook stove Landlord is responsible for water, electricity, and sewer. We occasionally will use electricity for our work shed on the property for our lobster gear work. Tenant is responsible for their trash and snow removal of the front steps by doors.
