    This home has been advertised to have have more bedrooms then it has, it actually has 3 bedrooms, on both sides of the island in the kitchen, KBHomes patched a sightful crack in the foundation, more appeared. The crack goes through the whole width of the home according to a KB Homes employee whom oversaw all the building and signed off on all of it. The windows leak, especially the one in the living room, KB Homes told the owners that it was normal to have leaky windows because these windows are not to have water on them. Would not honor warranty. Garage floor is cracked in several places, promised if bought it would be repaired. They lied to make the sale. Was a nightmare but I do want the new owner, AS IS sale is ofcourse what htey would sell it as but I would have appreciated knowing so I could plan on fixing these things instead of being unpleasantly surprised. I wish the new owners all the happiness. We do know what being first time home owners is and we had a wonderful first experience. Times have changed since 1993. Neighborhood Description Brand new playground was exciting to watch being built, my grandsons enjoyed playing there while I walked my dog around the man made lake, Until too many pittbulls were discovered and a few had attacked other dogs, had to be put to sleep. I was attacked while walking home, a neighbor came to rescue, helped me up and walked me to my door. It seems too many dogs are off their leashes, get loose from their yards and that preventing me from walking my dog. The noise from the loud cars doing doughnuts, peeling out from the stop sign. living on a corner of a cultesac, you would think the homeowners and their visiters would slow down but they don't. I had my computer room in the front room to watch grandsons cross the street from the school, the cars speed by without a care for the young children living on my street. There has been a gun brought to the middle school, with the neighborhood watch group we were apart of, we still had drive by shootings and the playground was vandelized. Yards have become weeds, fences and debri are being repaired constantly and having to walk along the fence to bag the debri, I suppose is normal now. Good luck! I found a better safer cleaner and less expensive home that I can take pride in.
