Other features include world renowned Fort Williams Park (with a beach, gardens, playing fields, playground, children's garden, tennis and pickle ball courts) just a 5 minute walk down the street. There are miles of wooded hiking trails right from the neighborhood, and it's just a short drive to multiple gorgeous beaches and farms, a 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, bakeries, live theater, and restaurants, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Portland (with abundant fabulous restaurants, shops and theaters). The property is a 30 minute drive to the nearest mountain, and a two hour train/bus ride or drive to Boston.

This apartment is available starting June 1 until July 8, and available again from August 1st onwards. Minimum rental term is one month. Rental cost for one month in the summer months is $2,500. The monthly rent from September through May is $1,400.
