There is a small table with stools ther can be used as a desk or spot to eat. There is a queen bed with a high end mattress. The sofa turns into another queen bed for guests. There is a corner area that houses a comfy chair and a dresser, whichnis often used as a reading nook meditation and yoga space. The new smart TV comes out of the wall and faces wherever you are in the studio. There is a closet, dresser and and additional storage in the wall. All utilities included, parking in the driveway and use of the lawn with fire pit. Owner pays for all utilities which include TV, streaming services, electricity, heat, water and sewer. $ 1,000 required for a deposit. If apartment is in same condition as beginning of rental, then full deposit is returned. No smoking.
