Location: Located in South Medford, close to the intersection of Harvard St. and Main St. 10 minute walk to 96 bus that brings you to Harvard Square, 20 minute walk to Davis Square, and 3 minutes to I-93. 1 mile to closest grocery store, and walking distance to many other things including some amazing Italian food! If you enjoy nature, the Middlesex Fells Reservation is only a 5 minute drive! 5. Utilities: Electricity, gas heat and Internet are included. We're leaving our Smart TV which easily connects to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YouTube, etc. Applications/Showings: Due to COVID-19, we are limiting in-person tours, and will be screening potential tenants first.
