    Who wouldn't want to live in the country? But still only 6 miles from town! No low balls! There is a Dollar store just 2.5 miles away and a gas station 3 miles away. This beautiful property has an amazing long and very spacious concrete driveway, it has a 4 bay barn the Main 3 bays are are fully concreted as well. The 4th (end bay is gravel and dirt) used the 4th bay as a pig barn and has a door and wooden fenced area for a pig or other animals the home is on a solid block foundation has an absolute huge walk through closet with all very large size bedrooms. Newly Remodeled the second bathroom. From the outside you'd never never know how big it actually is. I grew up here and so far my kids have as well. BIG BONUS you don't have to worry about something happening to your kiddos like you do in town. Out here you have to worry about scrapes from the concrete or stepping on something barefooted. Please contact me if you would be interested in viewing the home we'd like to sell asap we would prefer cash but will consider anything with a quick closing. We are selling As IS. It is on a septic tank. The tank is in great shape was checked a few years ago but the drain pipes that lead to the tank were put awkward when my papaw had the home put on the permit foundation so instead of it being straight piped it has a "turn" in the pipe and is causing it to clog sometimes which makes it come out some in the back yard. It would not be a hard fix for someone that doesn't mind getting their hands dirty and a cheap fix if you are a do it yourself type person. My husband had a stroke and can no longer do those type of things unfortunately. We will consider doing a carpet allowance due to over the years it has taken some heck from kiddos and such. New HVAC unit installed August 2022, home power washed at the end of September 2022. New Metal roof installed 6 years ago
