I'm a happy home set back from the street. One of my favorite parts of me is my inviting front porch overlooking the front yard in a pleasant neighborhood. My remodeled kitchen has Corian countertops, custom cabinets, island & beadboard accent wall. My heating system, roof & composite deck have been recently replaced. My windows are not original. Most of my floors, solid doors & mouldings are wood. I have lots of nooks & crannies. Some people say I have character. I can't wait till you see my wonderful level yard mostly fenced in! I enjoy visits from birds & other wildlife. I'm really looking forward to meeting my new owner who will make updates like painting, refinishing my wood floors & some of my exterior wood products will appreciate replacement. I love the small town atmosphere. If you look at Google Maps you will see that you can take a nice long walk downtown to the library by way of Middleton Pond and never go onto Rte 114!
