The room has a small built in closet and an option for furnishing. The house is shared with us, a friendly brother and sister in our 30s. Our home features a fenced-in backyard, perfect for enjoying some fresh air or for pets to play. Speaking of pets, we have a cat but are open to welcoming other animals as well. We are 420 friendly, have an in-home laundry room and large basement we currently use as a computer / game room. We are about 20 minutes from the Denver International Airport (DIA) or 30 minutes to downtown Denver.
