Originally built in 1674 then added on in 1740. In 1820 Captain Weare built up and the barn. It became the Weare Mansion. Still pencil notes from the 1800’s in the basement. The 2.16 acre lot abuts the Cape Neddick Creek. Centered between York and Ogunquit it has easy access off of Route 1. It is one mile from Cape Neddick Beach.
