There are 2 lovely bedrooms, one with a king bed and with a queen, along with 1.5 bathrooms upstairs. The main level has a wonderful open feel with the kitchen dining and living areas. There is a small deck at the front entry and a large deck with gorgeous big beach views out the sliding doors onto the deck at that level. Both of those levels have water views from all the windows! There is a family room on the lower level with a full size fold out futon and mattress topper. This llower room has a small wardrobe, a desk, and two small cabinets, plus the lower deck and garage access. There is a fantastic rain shower bathroom on that level too with the washer and dryer. Garage for one car. Private parking spot in front of garage. Shared parking lot (reserved for community) and public street parking are also available. We take pride in and great care of our condo. We also use it when it's not rented. It's: Right at the Beach! Beach is BEAUTIFUL! Absolutely fantastic views! Dolphins swim by! 4 Pools! 1 out the backdoor! 2 decks on our unit with views of the beach and pool! Modern and updated! Great mattresses! Beautiful appliances! Extra living/office/guest space on the lower level Lovely tiled bathroom with rain shower head! Light filled! Light, bright, & current style! Beach amenities & 2 bikes Lovely neighbors! This is a non smoking, no vaping, & no pets property. Feels sooooo good to come home to! Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant (Electric, Water, Cable and Internet) and there is a credit and employment verification. Landlords will collect the first month's rent and the security deposit at the lease signing. For the second month landlord will collect both the second and the last month's rent. There is a $350 cleaning fee. We can do a 6-12 Month lease. However we are not looking for a permanent year after year tenant because we like to use the condo too.
