The rent is $1,695 per month (for lease expiring on 6/30/25). 12-month lease option is not available. Also accepting applications for lease start date of 8/1/25 to 7/15/26 for $2,395/month. The tenant is responsible for gas and electricity. An additional pet charge is $50/per month for each cat and $75/per month for each dog. We do have breed restrictions. Please make sure your dog qualifies before applying. To move in, we require one month's rent on the day you move in and one month's rent as a security deposit within three days of signing the lease. The second month's rent will be prorated based on the day you move in.
