Furnishings & Supplies - Property is fully furnished. House Rules Tenant agrees to comply with: - Condominium/HOA rules (if applicable). - Local ordinances (noise, trash, parking). - No smoking inside property. - No pets. - Be respectful of the home. - Keep everything in inside the home in good condition. 7. Entry & Inspections - Forza Hospitality may enter the property with 24 hours' notice for repairs, inspections, or emergencies. 8. Termination & Extensions - Agreement ends on the date specified unless extended in writing. - Early termination requires 30 days' notice and forfeiture of one month's rent unless otherwise agreed. - If tenant holds over, month-to-month tenancy may be created at Owner's discretion. 9. Indemnity & Insurance - Tenant is encouraged to carry renter's insurance. - Owner maintains property insurance but is not liable for tenant's personal property. - Tenant indemnifies Owner/Forza Hospitality against claims arising from misuse of the premises. 10. Governing Law - This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
