Winter rental! This cozy cottage style home is located on a quiet street comprised mostly of 1930?s Sears & Roebuck houses. It?s only 3 blocks from downtown Camden where delightful shops, restaurants, galleries, the library and the beautiful harbor awaits. The YMCA is located a half mile from the house. Laite Beach is approximately 2 blocks away. The cottage is fully furnished and well equipped with ?Pottery Barn? style furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Upstairs is a kids loft area with 2 twin beds. There is one full bath downstairs with tub/shower. All linens and towels are included. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The house has an enclosed front porch with chairs and a futon for additional napping opportunity. The detached garage provides a rustic getaway with Adirondack style chairs and table for quiet reading or projects. A charcoal grill is also provided. (Note- winter months the garage is used for storage of outside furniture and trash cans) Previous winter renters have been professionals working in the nearby Pen Bay Medical Center and local rehab facilities. The house is available from October 28- beginning of June 2018. It is rented in the summer as a weekly summer rental for approximately $1200/week. Please call me with any questions.
