Laite Beach is approximately 2 blocks away. The cottage is fully furnished and well equipped with ?Pottery Barn? style furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Upstairs is a kids loft area with 2 twin beds. There is one full bath downstairs with tub/shower. All linens and towels are included. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The house has an enclosed front porch with chairs and a futon for additional napping opportunity. The detached garage provides a rustic getaway with Adirondack style chairs and table for quiet reading or projects. A charcoal grill is also provided. (Note- winter months the garage is used for storage of outside furniture and trash cans) Previous winter renters have been professionals working in the nearby Pen Bay Medical Center and local rehab facilities.
