The large, sunny kitchen and dining area boasts a country farm style table with seating for 6, island seating for 3, and all of the modern appliances and utensils needed to prepare a simple or gourmet meal. Bright natural light fills the living room, which is equipped with a large Roku smart tv, gas fireplace, recliners and leather couches. Open the windows and front door, turn on the ceiling fans for a wonderful ocean breeze. Home is very clean and well cared for. We're pet friendly for an additional fee, plus we have a shared, fenced in backyard with a grill! Washer and dryer in house. Small porch in the back and a very cool patio in the front facing J Street. Parking in the driveway next to the house for two vehicles. No smoking in unit.
