The living room features a comfortable seating area and a dining table for two, perfect for enjoying quiet meals or morning coffee. Both the living room and bedroom are accented by decorative brick fireplaces, adding warmth and historic charm to the space. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, soft linens, and a closet to make you feel right at home.
The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials and offers everything you need for longer stays. The bathroom is clean and bright, featuring a vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Guests of the Bluebell Suite also enjoy access to a shared washer and dryer located on the first floor of the building, as well as a dedicated parking spot in the lot beside the house. Whether you're visiting for a month or an extended stay, the Bluebell Suite provides a charming and comfortable home base in the heart of Charleston.
- Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $250 upon signing the lease agreement.

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
