This charming chalet accommodates up to 19 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups. The property features three bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a great room with a large flat-screen TV, cable, and internet, ensuring you feel at home during your stay. The chalet offers a cozy sitting area off the kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Enjoy the two 2-person kayaks, a pool table, air hockey table, dart board, yard games, and a fire pit for endless entertainment. A private mooring is available during the boating season, adding to the allure of this private property. Dogs are considered with a $125 pet fee. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. Nestled in the Knights Hill Community, the chalet provides access to a lovely beach area, including a pet-friendly waterfront, two tennis courts, pristine adult and kiddie pools, and a dock for loading and unloading. Winter guests will appreciate the proximity to Shawnee Peak, just minutes away, and Sunday River, an hour's drive, for excellent skiing. Snowmobile trails and ice fishing are practically at your doorstep. The chalet features a drilled well, cable and Wi-Fi, a wood-burning fireplace, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a pool table, yard games, air hockey, and a canoe and kayak. Guests must provide their own life jackets. A drip coffee maker is available for your convenience.
