. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is family oriented. The house is located on a cul-de-sac (10 houses) which runs off of Birch Hill and Dogwood (around 25 homes). Children have the freedom to ride their bikes and play ball in the street. The neighborhood gets together in the fall for a family picnic. The grammer school is down the path, so children can walk to school. This is a great place to raise a family.
