The home is on a cul-de-sac next to a green belt and a playground. There are lots of children in the neighborhood from the ages of 1-15, and the neighbors are all friendly. It's a great neighborhood for raising a family, with lots of social opportunities! The home is a short bike ride to the community pool. There are several restaurants a short drive away. For grocery stores, there is an Albertsons, Stater Brothers, and Trader Joe's. The kitchen, laundry room, and 2 bathrooms upstairs have all been fully renovated.
