The home is on a cul-de-sac next to a green belt and a playground. There are lots of children in the neighborhood from the ages of 1-15, and the neighbors are all friendly. It's a great neighborhood for raising a family, with lots of social opportunities! The home is a short bike ride to the community pool. There are several restaurants a short drive away. For grocery stores, there is an Albertsons, Stater Brothers, and Trader Joe's. The kitchen, laundry room, and 2 bathrooms upstairs have all been fully renovated. An alkaline drinking water system is installed in the kitchen. There is a full-size fridge/freezer in the kitchen, and an extra fridge/freezer in the garage. The garage also has a full-home water softener. The house has owned solar panels, and we have not needed to pay for electricity for several years. The garage is also set up for charging an electric vehicle. If you enjoy gardening, there is a wrap-around planter in the backyard. There are a mature lemon and orange trees, as well as a large blackberry vine and passion fruit vine. All of these produce a lot of fruit every year. Rent is due on the first of every month. Smoking and vaping inside of the home is not allowed. The tenant may have up to 2 dogs/cats. Dogs must not be larger than 40 lbs. We request that dogs/cats are registered with us. The tenant is responsible for basic landscaping. There is currently a landscaper who comes every Thursday, and the fee is $60/month. The tenant is responsible for paying the utilities on their own. This includes gas, water, and electricity. The house has solar panels, and we have not needed to pay an electricity bill in several years.
