Tenants can park on Main Street, seasonally, and in the winter time there is a public (free) parking lot that can be utilized-just a block from the building. Rent is $600/month and includes hot water. Tenants are responsible for the electric, which is heat, cooking and lights/outlets. The electric averages $55/month with NYSEG.
