Beautiful Victorian farmhouse in a small rural, residential settlement in the Town of Esopus, Ulster County 2 miles from Kingston on a state highway (Route 213) which is about 300' from the house and mostly hidden by foliage. Second floor Apt is as big as the house downstairs. Nine foot ceilings. Eat in kitchen. Two Victorian bedrooms plus a small room (not a legal bedroom) that would make a good office. Beautiful wood floors in the front room, bedrooms and kitchen. The bathroom is big enough to dance in. It has a linoleum floor and a floor to ceiling built-in Victorian closet with a shelf and bottom large storage drawers. Large carpeted living room with chest high windows (throughout apartment) and a hall with an interesting alcove. Radiators the size of children are spotted throughout. Included is heat to 71 degrees, hot water and customary electric (charge for excess electric usage). Outside stairs with small decks. An inside cat or two OK. Large asphalt parking pad down the asphalt walk and steps of the knoll. Yard and garden area. Across Route 213 is a Park with a pavilion, hoops, and a large field which has at the far end past the playing field a natural pool area (in winter for skating and in spring you'll hear the peepers). The High School Band (Kingston) and some of the athletic teams practice there, too. Nice quiet settlement for walking. A three-page written application, a photo ID and copy of your social security card (required of all tenants-to-be) completes your application. I, the landlady live downstairs. Good thing I'm not fussy. I've been renting the apartment for twenty years off and on. Rent includes H&HW
