Two living room spaces, dining room, and back patio with an OCEAN VIEW. Multi-level house, bedrooms all on top floor. About a 10ish minute walk down to the beach, $5 Uber down to bars and restaurants on the peninsula. 2 garage spaces, 2 spots in the driveway, and guest spots available for parking. Washer and dryer in the garage +AC and heat. Access to community pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts. We are three 27-32 guys and prefer a roommate around our age, give or take a few years. Open to male or female roommate, single occupant only. We all get along well and enjoy each other's company. Not a big party house, but like having friends over on the weekends occasionally!
