The main bedroom can accommodate a queen bed, the second bedroom is small and makes a better office since it has no closet. The property is on a secluded private drive called Sumner Court, which is near the intersection of Cumberland and North St. The building has 6 units, this is the second floor. The property is within walking distance of the Washington Ave Beer and Restaurant area, one block to a grocery, and walking distance to the eastern prom. We take dogs on a case by case situation, however we do not take cats under any circumstances. There is parking available for $125.00 a month. It's a one year lease, the rent is $1895 per month and we require the same as a security deposit. There is an open house this saturday and sunday at 5PM. Tenants pay for their own utilities, heat, hot water, cable. Landlord pays electric, sewer/water and trash pickup. Minimum one year lease.
