Furnished one-bedroom, one-bath (922 sq-ft) apartment on the third floor of 1 South Street located in downtown Hanover within walking distance of campus (0.2 miles). Water, sewer, common area snow removal, and trash/recycling services are included in the rent. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air-conditioner provided. Cats are okay with a fee ($50/month per cat; no dogs permitted in this building). The rent does not include electricity, heat, cable, and internet. Elevator in building. Ideal start date is June 1, 2025 and ideal end date is July 31, 2026, with flexibility on the end date. However, a summer agreement is also possible. Monthly rent is $2100. Security deposit required (equal to one month's rent). Note that there is a second (smaller) bedroom in the apartment as well. Though you won't be renting the smaller bedroom, you'll have the place to yourself for around 70% of the days since I expect to use the smaller bedroom for around 2 days per week on average.
