Inside, the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. The dining room, connected to both the living room and the kitchen, features an oversized farmhouse-style table with benches and chairs, comfortably seating eight adults. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the essential comforts of home. Bedroom one has a king-size bed and an additional flat-screen TV with Roku. Bedroom two is generously sized with a full-size bed. Bedroom three is perfect for kids, with two twin over full bunk beds, comfortably sleeping six children. A laundry room and two full bathrooms complete this comfy Savannah home. Pets are welcome with a fee. However, pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required, and additional cleaning costs may be charged if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Our location on the marsh provides the perfect backdrop for what makes Savannah so charming, with large mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss and breezy nights. The home is close to dining, shopping, and adventure. We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests, though Uber and Lyft service the area as well. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will receive the code upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated and contact-free. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
