Our home is in an older neighborhood with many seniors and some younger families. There is a bus stop at the corner. The grocery store and restaurants is 3 blocks away. The Meadowlark Senior Center is across the street. Cottonwood mall is only 2 miles away. Intel is less than a mile. This home is very close to the bluff that overlooks all of Albuquerque and the Sandia Mountains and has a 3 mile walking trail close by with a wonderful view. This is a manufactured home and has had a Kitchen and bath remodel in June 2021, close to Albuquerque and Corrales. There is a ramp attached for wheelchair accessibility in front of the home. A single car carport is available with a spot for an additional vehicle in driveway. This is an unfurnished minimum 6 month rental. Monthly rental is $1750 with a $850 deposit. Home furnishings and decor pictured will NOT be included. Dishwasher, Fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer ARE included with the rental. Renter is responsible for all utilites and will have them placed in thier own name at the time of occupancy and will remain in thier name for the entire duration of thier lease. A maximum of 2 Pets may reside in the home with prior discussion with leaser. Dogs must be 40 pounds or less. Sorry, no cats will be allowed. Renters will notify leaser of any property damages found or needed repairs in a timely manner. Drug use will not be tolerated. Leaser will exercise an immediate eviction process if illegal activity or illegal drug use is confirmed on the property. No indoor Smoking. Smoking will only be permitted outside. Renter will be responsible for removing all personal property at time of move out. Including trash. A minimum fee of $150 will be charged for any trash left for leaser to clear out. A trash removal fee may not exceed $250. Renter will also be charged a $500 fee for any large property, i.e furniture, left behind for leaser to remove.
