There is ample, comfortable seating so you can huddle around the fire or kick back and watch a movie on the sizable flatscreen tv. Adjacent is the dining/kitchen area. The dining room table comfortably seats four, and additional seating is available at the counter that doubles as a bartop. The kitchen is well-lit and fully equipped with modern amenities. Rounding out the bottom floor is one of the two bathrooms and the primary bedroom, which offers ample storage space for clothes and a flatscreen tv. Moving on to the second floor, the final two bedrooms and bathroom are located at the end of the hall. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and private tv, and the other with a twin bunk bed. The opposite end of the hall opens up into a spacious den furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a flatscreen tv. If the tenant has no rental history you must have a co-signer If Co-Signer is needed, they are required to complete a FULL application + Credit Authorization Release Form. Please note this is the same process as the tenant.
