Apartment has beautiful sunset views. I am renting it for $1750 . The building has a front desk, rooftop with view of the White House, and is a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods and Safeway. There is a 24/7 concierge. Neighbors are great. Please note that the pictures used are for staging purposes only. It's currently furnished with nicer pieces of furniture, but I don't have current pictures because I am in Colorado. Happy to rent the place furnished for $1,850 if you want to keep the furniture there. I have a video available if you are interested in seeing what the place looks like furnished currently. Water included in rent. Electricity comes out to about $25 per month. Internet is an extra $25.
