    Hi! I am looking to sublet 2 rooms in my huuuuuuuuge townhouse. There are three floors with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms plus a carpeted basement with a lot of room, a treadmill, and free laundry. The 2 rooms that are listed here are on the second floor and share a full bathroom between those two bedrooms. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor that is available to all occupants (including the third-floor occupant). I am a 33-year old lawyer, and I am looking for other respectful professionals to sublet to. I am friendly but also keep to myself. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! Some of the lease terms include: 1. NO smoking in the unit. When smoking outside, please be mindful of the other unit owners. 2. NO loud music after 10pm. 3.
