True to the character of the Laurel Highlands, we went with a rustic theme. The cabinets and vanities are made from character hickory. The countertops are made from reclaimed oak barn wood. Porcelain floor tile was installed throughout resembling native stone. Upgrades also include Kohler cast iron sinks, upscale Kohler oil rubbed bronze faucets, new appliances, and new paint on walls and ceiling. A new HVAC System was installed in October 2022. Mt Villas condo fee includes gas for heat and hot water, water supply, sewage disposal, trash removal, exterior building maintenance, building insurance, grounds maintenance, cable TV, etc. (basically everything but electricity and internet).
