The large master is just off the kitchen and breezway and the other two bedrooms are at the rear of the house behind the living room. At the back of the house is the main bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has 2 twins and an on suite 1/2 bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The large master and the third bedroom have cable TV in each room. There is also cable TV in the living room and the kitchen/breezeway area. Outside is a landscaped yard, Dining with Gas grill and outdoor shower. This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
