Coin-operated laundry is available on the ground floor of the building. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. There is a parking spot available with the apartment for $15 per night, and it must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
