This house is up a 3-mile gravel/dirt road in a beautiful country setting. 4 wheel drive/AWD is strongly recommended for the many different weather patterns Colorado likes to give us! Rental is across the driveway from our own personal home, so this needs to be comfortable for everyone involved :) I cannot give out the address (current tenants still in home for a few more weeks) and it's not a "driveby" type of place.
