It is conveniently located minutes from Weber State University and McKay-Dee Hospital. The area has numerous ski resorts (Powder Mountain, Snowbasin Resort, Allen Peak, Strawberry Peak, to name a few), hundreds of miles of hiking trails, lakes, and tons of great restaurants! The area is gorgeous any time of year, with mountain ranges always in sight. The tiny home is located behind the main house and shares the fenced backyard area. It has a loft with two separate twin beds. The stairs are steep to access the loft area; please look at the pictures. It has a couch and a small dining table, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a brand-new washer/dryer combo and remodeled shower! The washer and dryer is a combo unit, you can only do small loads of laundry. All utilities, including yard maintenance, pest control, and snow removal, are included. Fully furnished, all utilities are included (as well as yard maintenance and snow removal). No pets and no smoking. Terms of lease: The lease is minimum one month, maximum of six months, and may be renewed monthly. Income must be two and a half times the rent. Keycheck will be utilized for tenant screening at the tenant's expense, and rent payments will be processed through that platform. A rental application is required, employment must be verified, and identity must be verified via government identification. Monthly rent, deposit, and cleaning fees are required. Minimum credit score 640. Renters' insurance is required.
